EZB increase interest by 0,75% to 1,25%. What does this mean for the real estate financing? I was asked this a lot today. I am honest: I do not know. During the last day, we have already seen some increases in the market including the increase in KfW Wohneigentum. So, it might be that the interests keep on going with increases. We have a very unpredictable time.
