„Mirko patiently explained all the options and procedures of opening the bank account that we, a new family in Berlin, have zero knowledge. As our passports were from outside the EU region, we needed to undergo a different manual process that thankfully Mirko did for us. While Mirko did everything for us since the application was in German, he made sure that we kept hydrated. What made it an excellent experience for us was when Mirko brought a coloring book and pencils to keep our daughter busy. Mirko also made sure that we asked enough questions before making the decision and explained what to expect after. We haven't had any experience with other German banks, but Mirko put a high bar on customer satisfaction of Deutsche Bank. We do satisfied with his service.”
