I have only the best words for Mr. Heise and his help at any question or dude that i might have regarding to insurances issues.
To me it was very difficult to understand all german bureaucracy related to booking an insurance during my stay in Germany. But Mr Hasse had always make everything easier with accurated briefings and speaking in english.
I must say Thank you cause he "saved" my life :D
